NCC Real Estate LCC, St. Petersburg branch of NCC Group, signed contract with SATO companies in July 2008. SATO became a customer of finishing and furnishing works for 34 apartments for lease in central districts of St. Petersburg.
The most precise timing and high quality of works led to continuing partnership and in March 2009 another contract was signed on finishing works for 10 more apartments. Project was successfully completed it the middle of 2009.
In Q3 2009 the third contract of finishing and furnishing works for 7 apartments was signed.
